1. About Our Service

Easy2Sell offers doorstep pickup and instant payment services for pre-owned mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices ("Devices"). Users can request a quote, schedule a pickup, and receive payment once their Device passes our on-spot inspection.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to sell a Device through Easy2Sell, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must be the legal owner of the Device you are selling, or have the explicit authorization of the owner.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, requesting a quote, or scheduling a pickup.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes provided on the website or app are estimates based on the information you provide about your Device's brand, model, condition, and accessories.
• The final price is confirmed only after our representative physically inspects the Device at the time of pickup.
• Easy2Sell reserves the right to revise the quoted price based on the actual condition, functionality, and authenticity of the Device, including but not limited to screen damage, battery health, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or missing original parts.
• You are under no obligation to accept the revised price and may choose not to proceed with the sale at the time of inspection.

4. Device Ownership and Legal Compliance

• By submitting your Device for sale, you confirm that it is not stolen, counterfeit, or subject to any lien, lease, EMI, or third-party claim.
• You must remove all personal accounts (such as Google, Apple ID, Mi Cloud, Samsung account), screen locks, and SIM/memory cards before pickup. Easy2Sell is not responsible for any data loss, account lock issues, or personal information left on a Device after sale.
• You are responsible for ensuring the Device is not linked to any Find My Device, iCloud Lock, or similar anti-theft feature that would prevent Easy2Sell from reselling or refurbishing it. Devices with active locks may be rejected at pickup.
• Easy2Sell reserves the right to verify the identity of the seller and the ownership of the Device, and to refuse service if fraud or theft is suspected. We may report suspected stolen or counterfeit devices to the appropriate authorities.

5. Pickup and Inspection

• Pickups are scheduled at a date, time, and address chosen by you, subject to service availability in your area.
• Our representative will inspect the Device at the time of pickup and confirm the final price before completing the transaction.
• If the Device does not match the details provided during quote generation, Easy2Sell reserves the right to revise the offer or decline the pickup.

6. Payment

• Payment is made instantly upon successful inspection and acceptance of the final offer, through the payment method agreed upon (UPI, bank transfer, or other supported modes).
• Easy2Sell is not liable for delays in payment caused by incorrect banking/UPI details provided by the seller.

7. Cancellations

• You may cancel a scheduled pickup at any time before the pickup is completed, free of charge.
• Easy2Sell reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a pickup due to unforeseen circumstances, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Easy2Sell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of accounts, or loss of use of the Device prior to pickup. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
